| 1 | | AN ACT concerning appropriations.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. "AN ACT making appropriations", Public Act |
| 5 | | 103-0589, approved June 5, 2024, is amended by adding Sections |
| 6 | | 70, 75, 80, and 85 to Article 71 as follows:

| 7 | | (P.A. 103-0589, Article 71, Section 70 new) |
| 8 | | Section 70. The amount of $138,200, or so much of that |
| 9 | | amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General |
| 10 | | Revenue Fund to Grand Tower Township in Jackson County, in |
| 11 | | addition to its Fiscal Year 2025 appropriation, for the |
| 12 | | purpose of paying Fiscal Year 2025 expenses.

| 14 | | Section 75. The amount of $79,700, or so much of that |
| 15 | | amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General |
