| 1 | | AN ACT concerning appropriations.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The sum of $750,000, or so much thereof as may |
| 5 | | be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to |
| 6 | | the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a |
| 7 | | grant to the City of Wheaton for all costs associated with |
| 8 | | infrastructure improvements, including, but not limited to, |
| 9 | | the addition of a pedestrian crosswalk near St. Francis High |
| 10 | | School and roadway improvements near 101 Fapp Circle.

| 11 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
| 12 | | becoming law. |
