| 1 | | AN ACT concerning State government.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The State Parks Designation Act is amended by |
| 5 | | adding Section 3.9 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (20 ILCS 840/3.9 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 3.9. Senator Scott Bennett Memorial Bridge at |
| 8 | | Kickapoo State Recreation Area. The railroad trestle bridge |
| 9 | | that is part of the Kickapoo Rail Trail and that is located at |
| 10 | | the Kickapoo State Recreation Area in Vermilion County shall |
| 11 | | be known as the Senator Scott Bennett Memorial Bridge. Subject |
| 12 | | to appropriation, appropriate plaques may be erected by the |
| 13 | | Department of Natural Resources in recognition of the Senator |
| 14 | | Scott Bennett Memorial Bridge. |
