| 1 | | AN ACT concerning appropriations. |
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly: |
| 4 | | Section 5. The following named amounts, or so much of |
| 5 | | those amounts as may be necessary, respectively, for the |
| 6 | | objects and purposes hereinafter named and not, under any |
| 7 | | circumstances, for personal services expenditures or other |
| 8 | | operational or administrative costs, are appropriated to the |
| 9 | | State Board of Education: |
| 10 | | From the General Revenue Fund: |
| 11 | | For disabled student transportation |
| 12 | | reimbursement................................$584,684,900 |
| 13 | | For disabled student tuition, private tuition, |
| 14 | | including prior year costs...................$224,990,000 |
| 15 | | From the Education Assistance Fund: |
