AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3104 

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3104, AS AMENDED, 
3with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment 
4No. 2, on page 7, by replacing lines 9 through 13 with the 
5following: 
6    "(d) Within 30 days after the installation of a plug-in 
7solar energy system, the owner of the plug-in solar energy 
8system shall notify the electricity provider that serves the 
9building in which the plug-in solar energy system was 
10installed of the installation. Within 30 days after"; and
 
11by replacing line 20 on page 7 through line 2 on page 8 with 
12the following: 
13        "(2) the service address and utility account number 
14    associated with the address at which the plug-in solar 
15    energy system was installed;
16        (3) the plug-in solar energy system's make and model;

1        (4) the plug-in solar energy system's rated size.
2    (e) An electricity provider shall not be liable for any 
3damage or injury caused solely by an eligible customer's 
4plug-in solar energy system.".
