| 3 | | directly below line 25, by inserting the following: |
| 4 | | "(u) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a county |
| 5 | | operating an automated traffic law enforcement system pursuant |
| 6 | | to this Section may enforce violations occurring on any |
| 7 | | roadway within its geographic boundaries, including roadways |
| 8 | | under the jurisdiction of a municipality.". |
