| 1 | | AN ACT concerning transportation.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 1-130 as follows:
|
| 6 | | (625 ILCS 5/1-130) (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 1-130) |
| 7 | | Sec. 1-130. Implement of husbandry. Every vehicle designed |
| 8 | | and adapted exclusively for agricultural, horticultural, or |
| 9 | | livestock raising operations, including farm wagons, wagon |
| 10 | | trailers, or like vehicles used in connection therewith, or |
| 11 | | for lifting or carrying an implement of husbandry provided |
| 12 | | that no farm wagon, wagon trailer, or like vehicle exceeding |
| 13 | | 44,000 pounds on any 2 or more axles or 24,000 pounds on any |
| 14 | | single axle having a gross weight of more than 36,000 pounds, |
| 15 | | shall be included hereunder. |
