AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3208

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3208, AS AMENDED, 
3by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the 
4following:
 
5    "Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by 
6changing Section 1-130 as follows:
 
7    (625 ILCS 5/1-130)  (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 1-130)
8    Sec. 1-130. Implement of husbandry. Every vehicle designed 
9and adapted exclusively for agricultural, horticultural, or 
10livestock-raising livestock raising operations, including farm 
11wagons, wagon trailers, or similar or like vehicles used in 
12connection with such operations therewith, or for lifting or 
13carrying an implement of husbandry; however, the term does not 
14include any provided that no farm wagon, wagon trailer, or 
15similar or like vehicle with only one axle having a gross 
16weight of more than 36,000 pounds or any farm wagon, wagon

1trailer, or similar vehicle with 2 or more axles having a gross 
2weight of more than 50,000 pounds , shall be included 
3hereunder.
