| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3268 on page 2, |
| 3 | | line 19, by inserting after "documents." the following: |
| 4 | | "If a residential automatic solar permitting platform is (1) |
| 5 | | incapable of assessing permitting parameters that a |
| 6 | | municipality or county requires as of the effective date of |
| 7 | | this Act for in-person inspections; or (2) is so cost |
| 8 | | prohibitive that it would impose a significant financial |
| 9 | | hardship on the county or municipality, then the county or |
| 10 | | municipality is excused from adopting the residential |
| 11 | | automatic solar permitting platform.". |
