| 8 | | Sec. 2705-206. Road safety assessment. The Department |
| 9 | | shall conduct a road safety assessment for the 10 most |
| 10 | | hazardous intersections under State jurisdiction in Will |
| 11 | | County south of Interstate 80. The Department, in consultation |
| 12 | | with local agencies, shall determine the intersections to be |
| 13 | | studied. The road safety assessment shall be a formal, |
| 14 | | independent, comprehensive safety performance review of |
| 15 | | roadway and intersection safety in compliance with 23 CFR 924 |
