| 1 | | AN ACT concerning appropriations.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | ARTICLE 1
|
| 5 | | Section 2. The amount of $150,000, or so much thereof as |
| 6 | | may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue |
| 7 | | Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity |
| 8 | | for a grant to the Village of Barrington Hills for costs |
| 9 | | associated with the replacement of an emergency generator |
| 10 | | serving the Village Hall and Police Department facility.

| 11 | | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect |
| 12 | | immediately. |
