1    AN ACT concerning property.
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
 
4    Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $1.00 to the
5State of Illinois, the Director of Natural Resources is
6authorized to convey a nonexclusive easement to Nancy J. and
7Robert D. Moore, co-trustees of the Dean Moore Family Trust,
8and their successors or assigns, more particularly described
9as follows:
 
10    A 25-FT WIDE INGRESS/EGRESS EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS PART
11    OF THE EAST HALF OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 13,
12    TOWNSHIP 11 NORTH, RANGE 3 EAST OF THE 4TH PRINCIPAL
13    MERIDIAN; THE CENTERLINE OF SAID EASEMENT IS MORE
14    PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
15    COMMENCING AT A 5/8-INCH IRON ROD FOUND AT THE SOUTHWEST
16    CORNER OF THE EAST HALF OF SAID NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SAID
17    SECTION 13, ALSO BEING THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF PARCEL
18    NUMBER 11-13-400-006 (SAID PARCEL CURRENTLY HELD IN FEE
19    TITLE BY THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES PER

14    THE SIDELINES OF SAID EASEMENT SHALL BE EXTENDED OR
15    TRUNCATED TO TERMINATE ON THE EAST LINE OF SAID EAST HALF
16    OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER AND THE SOUTH LINE OF THE
17    NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 13.
18    THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE HAVING AN AREA OF 0.82
19    ACRES, MORE OR LESS.
 
20    Section 10. The conveyance of the easement authorized by
21Section 5 is made subject to: (1) existing public utilities,
22existing public roads, and any and all reservations,
23easements, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions of record;
24(2) the entering into of a shared maintenance agreement for
25the land listed in Section 5 that is the subject of the

1easement between the Department of Natural Resources and Nancy
2J. and Robert D. Moore, co-trustees of the Dean Moore Family
3Trust, and their successors or assigns; and (3) the express
4condition that if either the Department of Natural Resources
5or Nancy J. and Robert D. Moore, co-trustees of the Dean Moore
6Family Trust, and their successors or assigns, ceases to have
7a shared maintenance agreement for the land that is the
8subject of the easement in Section 5, the easement
9automatically terminates and the land reverts to the State of
10Illinois, Department of Natural Resources.
 
11    Section 15. The Director of Natural Resources shall obtain
12a certified copy of this Act within 60 days after the Act
13becomes law and record the Act in the Recorder's Office of Knox
14County, Illinois after the Department of Natural Resources and
15Nancy J. and Robert D. Moore have entered into a shared
16maintenance agreement as required in Section 10.
 
17    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
18becoming law.
