| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3398 as follows:

| 3 | | on page 1, line 13, by deleting "to be"; and
|
| 4 | | on page 2, line 2, by deleting "and"; and
|
| 5 | | by replacing lines 14 through 18 on page 2 with the following: |
| 6 | | "or any claim related to the lands or tenements; and |
| 7 | | (3) the requirements of subsection (b) are satisfied |
| 8 | | and no objection is made by a person or persons with a bona |
| 9 | | fide ownership interest in the subject lands or tenements |
| 10 | | as tenants in common as set forth under subsection (c).". |
