| 1 | | AN ACT concerning appropriations.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The sum of $10,000,000, or so much of that |
| 5 | | amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General |
| 6 | | Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for a grant to |
| 7 | | Live Free Illinois to cover operational expenses for its |
| 8 | | Community Healing Resource Center Network.
