AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3975 

2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3975 on page 1, 
3immediately below line 3, by inserting the following:
 
4    "Section 1. This Act may be referred to as the Workforce 
5Investment and Sustainable Employment Reporting Act."; and
 
6on page 2, by replacing lines 11 through 15 with the following:
7            "(C) the percentage change of full-time equivalent 
8        hours by contingent workers with respect to the 
9        employer, including temporary and contract workers, as 
10        compared with the previous annual report filed by the 
11        employer under this subsection."; and
 
12on page 3, line 3, before "quintile" by inserting "wage"; and
 
13on page 4, by replacing lines 19 through 21 with the following:
14            "(B) the total dollar value of assessed fines

1        under the Americans with Disabilities Act; and
2            (C) the total number of actions brought under the 
3        Americans with Disabilities Act to prevent imminent 
4        dangers;"; and
 
5on page 6, line 1, by replacing "(B)" with "(A)"; and
 
6on page 7, line 3, by deleting "privacy".
