| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Illinois Municipal Code is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 11-80-3 as follows:

| 7 | | Sec. 11-80-3. The corporate authorities of each |
| 8 | | municipality may prevent and remove from streets, ditches, and |

| 11 | | on streets, ditches, or other municipal property for the |
| 12 | | purpose of containing human waste upon the streets and other |
| 13 | | municipal property. |
