1    AN ACT concerning appropriations.
 
2    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:

ARTICLE 1

5    Section 1. "AN ACT concerning appropriations", Public Act
6104-0003, approved June 16, 2025, is amended by adding Section
7430 of Article 45 as follows:
 
8    (P.A. 104-0003, Article 45, Section 430 new)
9    Sec 430. The sum of $2,000,000, or so much thereof as may
10be necessary is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to
11the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a
12grant to Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning for costs
13associated with operational expenses.

15    Section 1. "AN ACT concerning appropriations", Public Act
16104-0003, approved June 16, 2025, is amended by changing
17Section 10 of Article 46 as follows:

11104-0003, approved June 16, 2025, is amended by adding Section
12105 and repealing Section 95 of Article 47 as follows:

14    Sec. 105. The sum of $12,446,600, or so much thereof as may
15be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois Forestry
16Development Fund to the Department of Natural Resources for
17expenses and grants connected with the Urban and Community
18Forestry Program as authorized by Section 23003 of the
19Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) of 2022.

411 of Article 49 as follows:

6    Sec. 11. The sum of $10,000,000, or so much thereof as may
7be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to
8the Department of Corrections for deposit into the Department
9of Corrections Reimbursement and Education Fund for
10expenditures related to electronic healthcare records.
