Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Executive Ethics Commission for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, as follows:

Other State Funds $3,293,400

| 1 | | AN ACT concerning appropriations. |
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly: |
| 4 | | ARTICLE 1
|
| 5 | | Section 5. The amount of $12,234,200, or so much thereof |
| 6 | | as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue |
| 7 | | Fund to the Executive Ethics Commission for its ordinary and |
| 8 | | contingent expenses. |
| 9 | | Section 10. The amount of $1,143,900, or so much thereof |
| 10 | | as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road Fund to the |
| 11 | | Executive Ethics Commission for its ordinary and contingent |
| 12 | | expenses. |
| 13 | | Section 15. The amount of $1,164,500, or so much thereof |
| 14 | | as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Capital |
| 15 | | Development Board Revolving Fund to the Executive Ethics |
| 16 | | Commission for its ordinary and contingent expenses. |
| 17 | | Section 20. The amount of $985,000, or so much thereof as |
