| 10 | and corrective action, and post-closure activities, in | ||||||
| 11 | accordance with the Environmental Protection Act, including | ||||||

| 13 | Section 165. The sum of $2,200,000, or so much thereof as | ||||||
| 14 | may be necessary, is appropriated from the Federal Energy Fund | ||||||
| 15 | to the Environmental Protection Agency for expenses and grants | ||||||
| 16 | connected with the HOMES Rebate Program as authorized by | ||||||
| 17 | Section 50121 of the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 (IRA) and | ||||||
| 18 | the HEEHRA Rebate Program by Section 50122 of the Inflation | ||||||
| 19 | Reduction Act of 2022 (IRA). | ||||||
