Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Chicago State University for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, as follows:
General Funds $41,747,900
Other State Funds $3,307,000
Total $45,054,900

| 1 | | AN ACT concerning appropriations.
|
| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | ARTICLE 1
|
| 5 | | Section 5. The sum of $41,747,900, or so much thereof as |
| 6 | | may be necessary, is appropriated from the Education |
| 7 | | Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of Chicago State |
| 8 | | University to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal |
| 9 | | year ending June 30, 2027.

| 10 | | Section 10. The sum of $3,000,000, or so much thereof as |
| 11 | | may be necessary, is appropriated from the Chicago State |
| 12 | | University Education Improvement Fund to the Board of Trustees |
| 13 | | of Chicago State University for any expenses incurred by the |
| 14 | | university.

| 15 | | Section 15. The sum of $307,000, or so much thereof as may |
| 16 | | be necessary, is appropriated from the General Professions |
| 17 | | Dedicated Fund to the Board of Trustees of Chicago State |
| 18 | | University for costs associated with the development, support |
| 19 | | or administration of pharmacy practice education or training |
| 20 | | programs.
