Appropriates $1,000,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for payment to McLean County for all costs associated with providing behavioral and mental health treatment and services in the county. Effective July 1, 2026. |

| 1 | | AN ACT concerning appropriations.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:
|
| 4 | | Section 5. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much of that amount |
| 5 | | as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue |
| 6 | | Fund to the Department of Human Services for payment to McLean |
| 7 | | County for all costs associated with providing behavioral and |
| 8 | | mental health treatment and services in the county.
