| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to |
| 3 | | congratulate Justin Allgaier on his outstanding racing career; |

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Justin Allgaier is a distinguished racecar driver |
| 6 | | who has demonstrated exceptional skill, dedication, and |
| 7 | | sportsmanship throughout his racing career; and |
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Justin Allgaier was born on June 6, 1986 in |
| 9 | | Springfield and has become a distinguished figure in American |
| 10 | | stock car racing; and |
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Justin Allgaier grew up in Riverton and has been |
| 12 | | an ambassador representing his community with honor and |
| 13 | | bringing positive recognition to the area; and |
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Justin Allgaier's family plays a crucial role in |
| 15 | | his life, providing unwavering support and motivation; he is |
| 16 | | the son of Mike and Dorothy Allgaier; he is married to his high |
| 17 | | school sweetheart, Ashley Allgaier, and together, they have |
| 18 | | two daughters, Harper and Willow; his family's love and |
| 19 | | encouragement have been instrumental in his success; and |
