SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened 
3to learn of the death of Michael J. "Mike" Ralph of 
4Springfield, who passed away on October 13, 2025; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Mike Ralph was born to Donald A. and Florence 
6Bernice (Kaydus) Ralph on November 15, 1963; he graduated from 
7Lanphier High School and received his bachelor's degree from 
8Illinois State University; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Mike Ralph served Horace Mann as a dedicated 
10database administrator for 33 years; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Mike Ralph loved fishing, gardening, and spending 
12time with friends; he was a St. Louis Cardinals and Dallas 
13Cowboys fan; he enjoyed sharing his love of music through 
14playing many instruments; and
 
15    WHEREAS, Mike Ralph is survived by his son, Miles Ralph; 
16his daughter, Josephine "Josie" Webster; his stepson, Jackson 
17Lake; his sisters, Paula (Doug) Gandy and Teresa Ingels; and 
18several nieces, nephews, and cousins; therefore, be it
 
19    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FOURTH GENERAL 
20ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of

2his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
