SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened 
3to learn of the death of Deborah Mae "Debbie" Marion McKinley, 
4who passed away on December 4, 2025; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Debbie McKinley was born to Dallas R. "Bob" and 
6Marjorie J (Reay) Marion on September 27, 1962; and
 
7    WHEREAS, Debbie McKinley retired from the Springfield Park 
8District after 30 years of service; and
 
9    WHEREAS, Debbie McKinley was always there for her family 
10and friends, helping in any way she could; and
 
11    WHEREAS, Debbie McKinley was preceded in death by her 
12parents; two sisters; one niece and two nephews; and one 
13sister-in-law; and
 
14    WHEREAS, Debbie McKinley is survived by her husband, 
15Elliott; her children, Kayla and Travis; three grandchildren, 
16Ian, Elizabeth, and Lola; her brothers, Gary and Mike; and 
17several nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
 
18    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FOURTH GENERAL 
19ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of

1Deborah Mae "Debbie" Marion McKinley and extend our sincere 
2condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved 
3her; and be it further
 
4    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
5presented to the family of Debbie McKinley as an expression of 
6our deepest sympathy.
