SENATE RESOLUTION

 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened
3to learn of the death of Aradia Clark, a distinguished leader
4and devoted servant of her community; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Aradia Clark served as treasurer of the Chamber
657 Executive Board, where her financial expertise, integrity,
7and commitment to service strengthened the not-for-profit
8organization and the broader community; and
 
9    WHEREAS, As founder and CEO of Peerless Credit Services,
10LLC, Aradia Clark dedicated her career to empowering
11individuals to rebuild their financial lives, demonstrating
12compassion, leadership, and a steadfast commitment to helping
13others achieve their goals; and
 
14    WHEREAS, Aradia Clark's vision and tireless efforts
15fostered collaboration and connection across business and
16community, ensuring that all voices, especially those often
17unheard, had a place at the table; and
 
18    WHEREAS, Aradia Clark was widely admired for her
19mentorship, generosity, and ability to bring people together,
20making an enduring impact on all who knew her and elevating the
21communities she served; and

1    WHEREAS, Aradia Clark leaves an extraordinary legacy of
2invaluable contributions on her family, friends, and
3community; therefore, be it
 
4    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FOURTH GENERAL
5ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of
6Aradia Clark and extend our sincere condolences to her family,
7friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
9presented to the family of Aradia Clark as an expression of our
10deepest sympathy.
