| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate wish to |
| 3 | | congratulate the North Central District of the NANBPWC, Inc. |

| 5 | | Women's Clubs) as they prepare to host the North Central |
| 6 | | District Regional Conference in Chicago on May 15-17, 2026; |

| 8 | | WHEREAS, NANBPWC has empowered women through leadership |
| 9 | | development, economic advancement, and community service for |
| 10 | | more than 50 years and is committed to creating opportunities |
| 11 | | that strengthen individuals and the communities they serve; |

| 13 | | WHEREAS, NANBPWC's regional conference will bring together |
| 14 | | business and professional women, entrepreneurs, community |
