Synopsis As Introduced
Creates the Melrose Park Debt Forgiveness Act. Provides that the Secretary of Transportation is authorized to forgive debt in the amount of $540,546.39 incurred by the Village of Melrose Park in connection with an Illinois Transportation Enhancement Program grant to improve North Avenue, Local Project Section 00-00100-000LS. Effective immediately.
