Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Farm Development Act. In provisions authorizing the Illinois Farm Development Authority to issue State Guarantees for loans to farmers and agribusiness, provides that the State Guarantees shall not exceed $1,000,000 (now, $500,000) per farmer. Effective immediately.
