Amends the Supreme Court Act. Makes technical changes in the Section concerning Supreme Court terms.

 Senate Bill 1691, as amended by House Amendment 1, will have no fiscal effect on constructing, purchasing, owning, or selling a single-family residence.

 Fiscal Note, House Amendment No. 1 (Admin Office of the Illinois Courts)
 Senate Bill 1691, as amended by House Amendment 1, would have no fiscal impact on the judicial branch.

 Judicial Note, House Amendment No. 1 (Admin Office of the Illinois Courts)
 Senate Bill 1691, as amended by House Amendment 1, would neither increase nor decrease the number of judges needed in the State.

 Pension Note, House Amendment No. 1 (Pension Laws Commission)
