Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that specified large trucks are allowed access from an interstate or other controlled access highway onto any street or highway for a distance of 2 highway miles (rather than one highway mile) for the purpose of loading, unloading, food, fuel, repairs, and rest, if no sign prohibits that access.
