Deletes everything. Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. In provisions requiring notices of assignment, transfer, renewal, or cancellation of a policy, gives the respective parties the option to accept notification electronically. Provides that, for the purposes of provisions regarding notice of cancellation, any governmental agency, mortgagee, or other third party may opt to receive notices electronically.
