Synopsis As Introduced
Amends the Motor Fuel Tax Law. In provisions concerning the distribution of proceeds of the tax, changes references to counties of the State having 3,000,000 (instead of 1,000,000) or more inhabitants or less than 3,000,000 (instead of 1,000,000) inhabitants. Effective January 1, 2005.
