 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 14 as follows:

 3    on page 1, lines 9 and 10 and lines 14 and 15,  by  replacing
 4    "who  services  or  repairs  a computer" each time it appears
 5    with "whose  principal  business  is  to  service  or  repair
 6    computers"; and

 7    on  page 2, line 20, by replacing "that provides" with "whose
 8    principal business is to provide".
