 3    with  reference  to  page and line numbers of House Amendment
 4    No. 1, on page 3, lines 16 and 17, by replacing "red, yellow,
 5    or" with "yellow or"; and

 6    on page 3, by replacing line 18 with "lights,  when  used  to
 7    extend the duration of an already green light.".
