Expenses of microchipping. A clinic for 9 microchipping companion animals of county residents should be 10 conducted at least once a year under the direction of the 11 Administrator or, if the Administrator is not a veterinarian, 12 the Deputy Administrator at the animal control facility, 13 animal shelter, or other central location within the county. 14 The maximum amount that can be charged for microchipping an 15 animal at this clinic shall be $15. Funds generated from 16 this clinic shall be deposited in the county's animal control 17 fund.".
