 1        AN ACT in relation to municipal government.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Illinois Municipal  Code  is  amended  by
 5    changing Section 1-1-1 as follows:

 6        (65 ILCS 5/1-1-1) (from Ch. 24, par. 1-1-1)
 7        Sec.  1-1-1.  Short title.   This Code shall be known and
 8    may be cited as the Illinois Municipal Code.
