 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 320

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 320, AS AMENDED, by
 3    replacing everything  after  the  enacting  clause  with  the
 4    following:

 5        "Section   5.  The  Circuit  Courts  Act  is  amended  by
 6    changing Section 3 as follows:

 7        (705 ILCS 35/3) (from Ch. 37, par. 72.3)
 8        Sec.  3.  Court   seal.    The   circuit   said   courts,
 9    respectively,  shall  have a seal, and may renew or alter the
10    same from time to time, as may be necessary. The  expense  of
11    the  such  seal, and renewing and altering the same, shall be
12    paid by the county.
