 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 463  on page 2,  by
 3    replacing line 13 with the following:
 4    "force.  The Department and the task force may accept donated
 5    services and other resources from  registered  not-for-profit
 6    organizations as may be necessary to complete the work of the
 7    task force with minimal expense to the State of Illinois.".
