 1        AN ACT in relation to conservation.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Illinois Natural Areas  Preservation  Act
 5    is amended by changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (525 ILCS 30/1) (from Ch. 105, par. 701)
 7        Sec.  1.  This Act shall be known and may be cited as the
 8    "Illinois Natural Areas Preservation Act".
