 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  764  by  replacing
 3    everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 4        "(105 ILCS 5/7-2c rep.)
 5        Section  5.  The  School  Code  is  amended  by repealing
 6    Section 7-2c.

 7        Section 99.  Effective date.  This Act takes effect  upon
 8    becoming law.".
