 1        AN ACT concerning the military.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The  Military  Compensation  Records  Act  is
 5    amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:

 6        (330 ILCS 75/0.01) (from Ch. 126 1/2, par. 61m)
 7        Sec.  0.01.   Short  title.  This Act may be cited as the
 8    the Military Compensation Records Act.
