| with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No. |

| 1, on page 4, after line 33, by inserting the following:

| "(H) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Title 35 |

| of the Illinois Administrative Code, Subtitle B, Section |
| 7 |
| 212,206, the limits of the federal Standards of Performance for |
| 8 |
| Small Industrial-Commercial-Institutional Stream Generating |
| 9 |
| Units (40 CFR 60, Subpart Dc) establish the emissions limits |
| 10 |
| for non-hazardous air pollutants applicable to greenhouse |
| 11 |
| boilers in existence prior to January 1, 2004, located in |
| 12 |
| counties with a population of 16,500 to 17,500, provided that |
| 13 |
| nothing in this Section alters any emission limits established |
| 14 |
| pursuant to the federal Prevention of Significant |
| 15 |
| Deterioration Program (40 CFR 52.21)."
