 1        AN ACT concerning the Attorney General.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.   The  Attorney  General  Act  is  amended  by
 5    changing Section 0.01 as follows:

 6        (15 ILCS 205/0.01) (from Ch. 14, par. 0.01)
 7        Sec.  0.01.  Short title title.  This Act may be cited as
 8    the Attorney General Act.
