 1        AN ACT concerning weights and measures.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Weights and Measures Act  is  amended  by
 5    changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (225 ILCS 470/1) (from Ch. 147, par. 101)
 7        Sec.  1.  This Act shall be known and may be cited as the
 8    "Weights and Measures Act".
