 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill  1240  on  page  1,
 3    line 9, immediately after "consumers", by inserting "over the
 4    age of 60"; and

 5    on  page  5,  by  replacing  lines  15  through  17  with the
 6    following:
 7    "representative of long-term  care  facility  employees  must
 8    also be included as a non-voting member.".
