 3    everything after the enacting clause with the following:

 4        "Section 5. The Illinois Historic Preservation Agency Act
 5    is amended by adding Section 10.5 as follows:

 6        (20 ILCS 3405/10.5 new)
 7        Sec. 10.5.  State historic sites.".
