 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1358 on page 6,  by
 3    replacing lines 23 through 25 with the following:
 4    "recommendations,  unless  otherwise  ordered  by  the court.
 5    These recommendations shall be carried out and  completed  in
 6    accordance  with  rules  adopted  by  the Department of Human
 7    Services. Programs".
