 1        AN ACT in relation to the legislature.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.  The Lobbyist Registration Act is  amended  by
 5    changing Section 1 as follows:

 6        (25 ILCS 170/1) (from Ch. 63, par. 171)
 7        Sec.  1.  Short  title.  This  Act  may be cited shall be
 8    known as the Lobbyist Registration Act.
