 1        AN ACT in relation to courts.

 2        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section 5.   The  Court  of  Claims  Act  is  amended  by
 5    changing Section 29 as follows:

 6        (705 ILCS 505/29) (from Ch. 37, par. 439.24-9)
 7        Sec.  29. Short title. This Act shall be known and may be
 8    cited as the "Court of Claims Act".
