 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 1516 on page 10  by
 3    replacing lines 22 through 24 with the following:
 4        "(5)  Compliance with federal or Illinois preemptive laws
 5    or  regulations  governing  loans  made  by  a  credit  union
 6    chartered  under  this  Act  shall constitute compliance with
 7    this Act.".
